The rooms at Petra Heaven are really cozy and comfortable, with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. As a backpacker, I couldn't ask for a better place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the soundproofing in the single room as I found it a bit lacking. However, I understand that some guests may not be bothered by this and still enjoy their stay.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our family's comfort, delivering delicious meals directly to our doorstep. The tour desk at the hotel was also fantastic, providing us with valuable information and helping us arrange our visit to Petra. , the currency exchange service was convenient, allowing us to easily exchange our money without having to leave the hotel. These amenities made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free.

For families with children, my kids wished there was a playground or play area within the hotel. Providing a designated space for kids to play and unwind would be a great addition, making it even more family-friendly.

The water in the shower took some time to heat up, but once it did, it was fine. Additionally, the lighting in the room could have been better.

The breakfast had a variety of options, perfect for my indecisive taste buds. I couldn't resist renting a bike and attempting to cycle in heels. Hilarious!

I was thrilled to discover that my bathroom had a surprise floor fountain. How thoughtful of them to flood it and make it messy for me in an instant.
